COLLUSION- Secret or illegal cooperation/conspiracy in order to cheat or decieve others in lawsuit

NEGLIGENCE- Failure to take proper care in doing something

FORGERY- Producing fake doc, sig, bank note, or work or art

FRAUD- Wrongful or Criminal deception intended to result in financial/personal gain

D.V. by PROXY- Parental Alienation

TORTURE- Inflicting severe pain on someone as punishment or to force act, or for pleasure of infliction

CONSPIRACY- Secret plan by group to do something unlawful or harmful

BIAS- Prejudice or favor of or against one thing compared to another that is unfair

PERJURY- Willfully telling untruths in court after oath

DEFAMATION- Slander, libel act of damaging good reputation of someone

ABUSE OF DISCRETION- Error by trial judge making unreasonable, erroneous, arbitrary ruling. Not justified

TREASON- Betraying ones country

INEFFECTIVE COUNSEL- Attorneys performance falls short of reasonable competent attorney
