Declaration of Freedom (the new Declaration of Independence)

When in the Course of human events it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and station to which the laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect of the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

We hold these truths to be self-evident that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by the creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.–That to secure these rights, governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, –That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its power in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their safety and happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.–Such has been the patient sufferance of these colonies; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former systems of government. The history of the United States is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these states. To prove this let facts be submitted to a candid world.

A. Unjustly seized our property and held it for ransom providing we adhere to their requests of information or compliance

B. The U.S. Government has incarcerated innocent citizens depriving them of their freedom unjustly and without trial by jury of his peers

C. The U.S. Government has engaged in the human trafficking of its citizens for the purpose of enslaving or gaining profit.

D. The U.S. Government has refused to abide by the laws that have been enacted for the necessity of the public health and welfare

E. The U.S. Government has obstructed the administration of justice, by refusing to enforce laws for establishing judiciary powers

F. The U.S. Government has imposed taxes on us without our consent

G. The U.S. Government has allowed the legal community, including judges, to remain largely unaccountable, enabling Judges and Lawyers to commit perjury and treason and claim false allegations on innocent people with no consequence.

H. The U.S. Government is engaging in the kidnapping and human trafficking of children by continuing to allow government contracted agencies and the judiciary to receive funds for the removal and swift adoption of those deemed to be “abused/neglected” with no cause or justification and denying the parents of those children the right to trial by jury and due process.

I. The U.S. Government has allowed the judiciary to engage in depriving the citizens of their natural born rights

J. The U.S. government has discriminated and shown extreme bias towards those with wealth

K. The U.S. Government has committed numerous acts of Fraud

L. The U.S. Government is guilty of tax evasion and money laundering

M. The U.S. Government has become a tyrant

N. The U.S. Government has neglected its low income and indigent population.

O. The U.S. Government has grown too powerful, and has lack of accountability in all aspects of our lives

P. The U.S. Government has enacted laws and regulations that go against the constitution.

Q. The U.S. Government, has become a corporation with the sole purpose of profitting from the people it is meant to serve.

R. The people of this country are treated unfairly, denied due process, accused of crimes they didn’t commit, and robbed of all justice and equality by dirty cops and judges, greedy lawyers, and corrupt politicians.

This will be Our Declaration of Freedom from the Over Zealous Government. If anyone has any changes to Letters already marked please feel free to comment on that as well. This is going to be finished and sent cities and government officials all over the U.S.
