Protected

I’ve committed no crime, it was you all along, Violating my rights and doing me wrong/  Yet it’s me who’s stuck with the price to pay, And must follow orders, just do what they say/  Innocent yet still punished while the guilty go free, Apparently I’m the only one who thinks that’s crazy/  Our rights are simply empty words, Spoken by those in control of the herds/  Meant to make us feel we are respected, But no one’s ensuring that our rights are protected
