In every case in juvenile court the workers and GAL make sure to put evidence on the record to use against you, yet fail at providing the judge with known exculpatory evidence. Make no mistake, this is intentional and malicious. They know the laws and they know their job and they ignore the rules everyday, everytime they enter a court room. It is your job to ensure that evidence in your favor is put ON THE RECORD.
